Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain attractive product displays that capture customer interest
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
• Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
• Maintain organized stock levels, perform inventory checks, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales in Liquor Store Industry will be preferred
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for connecting with diverse customers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
• Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and merchandising techniques is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and customer flow effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
