Sales Associate

About the Role

We are a wholesale-to-trade Low Voltage distributor seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Sun Valley branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, learning about products, and developing their sales career. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend products and solutions, process orders, and help grow our business.

We are looking for someone who is driven, reliable, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, questions, and orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our Low Voltage products and solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Generate sales and identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
• Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet company goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers and vendors.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and consistently follow through with customers.

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Low Voltage, electrical, security, networking, or distribution experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
