Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Demonstrate footwear features highlighting key benefits to customers
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products and visually appealing
• Assist with stock replenishment to support store operations
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, manage time efficiently, and uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities are essential for success
• Ability to perform cashiering duties with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math proficiency
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and retail operations is advantageous

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.5 per week
