Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team! Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash drawer handling and cash management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, promotions, and financial services offered to effectively advise customers
• Keep the store in clean, sanitary conditions at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Arrive to work on time every shift.

Experience

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Must be able/willing to work long shifts up to 13 hours.
• Strong basic math skills and English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge about products and merchandise sold in store.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
