Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Perform sales of merchandise to deliver excellent standard of service to customers
• Achieve brand's objective and targets in terms of sales and service standard
• Maintain the highest standard of store environment
• Provide assistance in handling merchandise display and stock control
• Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and maintain long-term relationship with customers

 Requirements:

• F. 5 or above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fashion retail industry
• Experience gained in local brand are also welcomed
• Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers
• Able to grow and maintain customer long term relationship
• Passion in fashion, adaptable, energetic and proactive
• Pleasant personality, strong communications and customer service skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with luxury brand experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associate
