What they need
We are looking for a Sales Associate who will serve as a frontliner for Travel Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new Travel Insurance policy issuance
- Handle revisions, endorsements, extensions, refunds, and cancellations
- Assist clients with policy and payment concerns
- Accommodate walk-in clients purchasing Travel Insurance
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
Client Requirements
- Any college course
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, polished, and professional appearance
- Confident and comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face
- Approachable, presentable, and customer-oriented
- Comfortable working in a frontliner role if needed and for a 6 months contract
