About the role

Sales Associate position in watch and jewellery retail. The role involves selling international branded timepieces and jewellery accessories, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Watch and jewellery accessory sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide high-quality service and build good relationships with customers
• Promote and introduce product features to customers, including brand history, characteristics and selling points
• Handle general retail store daily operations
• Handle after-sales service

About you

• Form 5 or above education level
• At least two years of watch and jewellery retail experience
• Fluent Cantonese, good English and Mandarin preferred
• CRM knowledge and advanced product sales skills
• Courteous, patient and positive attitude
• Team spirit and good communication skills, willing to cooperate with colleagues
