Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management systems, including handling cash drawers and performing retail math calculations.
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting products, services, and retail lending options to meet customer needs.
• Manage data entry tasks related to sales records, customer information, and loan processing using financial software.
• Conduct loan collections and follow-up activities to ensure timely payments while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Handle retail store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, and processing cash transactions efficiently.
• Maintain organized records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions to support smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus; familiarity with retail lending or loan processing is advantageous.
• Strong basic math skills and experience with retail math are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Proficiency in data entry, cash drawer handling, 10 key typing, and using financial software is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous retail store experience combined with knowledge of loan collections or cash management will set you apart.
