Job Summary

Schlauderaff Implement, a reputable New Holland Dealership located in Litchfield, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and farm equipment, enjoy working with customers, and possess strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records. This role offers an opportunity to be involved in the sales and marketing of high-quality farm equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Sell new and used farm equipment to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
• Track and maintain accurate inventory records of equipment on the lot.
• Keep equipment information up to date within dealership systems.
• Photograph and list equipment for online listings to attract potential buyers.
• Market equipment effectively to reach a broader audience of prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment.

Requirements

• Strong interest or background in agriculture and farm equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist clients effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for photographing, listing, and marketing equipment.
• Motivated attitude with a desire to learn about farm machinery sales and dealership operations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
