Duties

• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or financial services
• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and balancing registers at the end of shifts
• Assist customers with retail lending options, loan processing, and loan collections when applicable
• Maintain precise data entry records for sales, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems
• Support daily cash management activities, including cash handling, cashiering, and ensuring compliance with cash policies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Support inventory management through accurate retail math calculations and stock replenishment tasks

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store operations preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial transactions
• Experience with banking or financial services is a plus, especially in retail lending or loan processing
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial software systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cash drawer handling, 10 key typing, and processing cash transactions is highly desirable
• We train you in bra fitting
