Job Summary

We are looking for a personable, polished and commercially minded Jewelry Advisor to become part of our Melrose team.

As one of the faces of ISTINARA, you will introduce clients to our world, our collections and the stories behind each piece. The role is centered around creating a highly personal luxury experience, understanding the client, offering thoughtful guidance and building relationships that extend beyond a single visit.

As part of a growing independent house, you will also play an active role in the day-to-day life of the boutique and represent ISTINARA with warmth, confidence and authenticity.

Who You Are

• You have previous experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within jewelry, fashion, accessories or another high-touch environment.
• You are naturally warm, engaging and confident with clients.
• You understand that luxury selling is about relationships, storytelling and trust, not pressure.
• You have strong commercial instincts and are motivated by achieving sales goals.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are polished, reliable, organized and attentive to detail.
• You are proactive and comfortable taking initiative in an intimate boutique environment.
• You have a genuine appreciation for jewelry, design, craftsmanship and luxury.
• You are curious and eager to develop a deep knowledge of ISTINARA's collections and story.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating an exceptional and highly personalized experience for every client.
• Introducing clients to ISTINARA's collections, craftsmanship and brand story.
• Understanding individual tastes and guiding clients toward pieces that feel personal to them.
• Driving sales and contributing toward individual and boutique targets.
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients through thoughtful clienteling and follow-up.
• Supporting private appointments, VIP clients, stylists and special events.
• Maintaining impeccable presentation and visual standards throughout the boutique.
• Supporting opening and closing procedures and day-to-day store operations.
• Assisting with inventory, packaging and product care.
• Acting as an ambassador for ISTINARA and our approach to a more imaginative, responsible future for luxury.

Schedule

This is a part-time position based at ISTINARA on Melrose, 8446 Melrose Avenue, West Hollywood.

Weekend availability and flexibility around private appointments, events and key retail periods are preferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
