Sales Associate

Oscar Stone is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with jewelry purchases.

Sell gold, diamonds, jewelry, watches, and other merchandise.
Assist with pawn transactions and explain available options to customers.
Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Meet individual and store sales goals.
Maintain an organized and professional sales floor.
Handle customer questions, pricing, payments, and transactions accurately.
Follow all company policies and inventory/security procedures.

Qualifications

Previous jewelry, retail, sales, or pawn experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working with sales goals and commissions.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
Jewelry knowledge is a plus, but training may be provided.
