Sales Associate

MeiGray, the leader in game-worn memorabilia sales and authentication, is looking for a hockey-minded gear expert to serve as our eBay Sales Associate. We seek an extroverted, driven and sales-minded individual to run our eBay Store**.** This position is based at our Branchburg, New Jersey headquarters and will require a full-time in-office presence (five days a week).

Responsibilities of this position include the following:

-Growing MeiGray’s eBay Store: Through sales of sports memorabilia and equipment.

-Managing intake and inventory: Preparing inventory for sale including game-worn jerseys, hockey sticks, gloves, skates, pants, socks and more.

-Customer Support: Working directly with users to provide outstanding customer support. Communicating with customers regarding offers and fulfillment, processing orders, managing eBay customer issues including neutral and negative feedback

• Managing and Overseeing Sales Initiatives: Driving revenue growth and customer engagement for one of MeiGray’s partner teams.

Qualifications include the following:

-Superior attention to detail

-Knowledge of sports teams and players, particularly NHL & NBA

-Knowledge of NHL & NBA player marketability

-Previous work experience in sports a plus

-Ability to self-start and multitask

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

-Ability to vocalize ideas to improve the company

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Access a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
