Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
• Assist customers with retail sales, including explaining product features and benefits
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods
• Manage cash drawer operations, ensuring proper cash management and balancing at shift end
• Support retail lending processes by explaining loan options and assisting with loan processing and collections when necessary
• Enter data into financial software systems with precision, including sales records and customer information
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience

Experience

• Previous retail store experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with customer service and sales techniques
• Experience in banking or financial services adds valuable insight into retail lending and cash handling procedures
• Strong math skills are essential for accurate cash management, retail math calculations, and basic financial transactions
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial software systems is advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of loan collections, loan processing, cashiering, and retail math enhances performance in this role

Pay: $20.00 per hour
