• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and managing cash flow using retail math principles
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently to record sales, customer information, and transaction details using financial software
• Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options, processing loan applications, and assisting with loan collections when necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area to create an inviting shopping environment
• Handle retail store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, and managing the cash drawer with precision

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping people is essential
• Familiarity with banking or financial services adds value to understanding product offerings and processes
• Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions
• Experience with data entry or using financial software enhances efficiency in managing sales records
• Knowledge of retail store operations, including cash management, cashiering, and loan processing, is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members

Pay: $65.38 - $80.56 per hour
