What they need
- Ensure achievement of sales targets as determined by Management.
- Visit existing and prospective clients to promote company services.
- Monitor project delivery and status through coordination with Project Coordinators.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts.
- Send Client Feedback Forms for Inspection, Audit, and Testing Services in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with concerned departments regarding customer complaints related to sales and services.
- Inform and update clients on the status of their feedback, concerns, or complaints.
- Provide support in public relations and client engagement activities.
- Prepare and process Sales Invoices, Billing Invoices, and Quotations in coordination with Project Coordinators and Collection Officers.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Laboratory Manager and Sales Officer from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
