The Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective buyers and sellers, identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage buyer enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Attend and assist with open inspections, auctions, appraisals and vendor presentations.
• Prepare professional vendor reports, campaign updates and high-quality marketing collateral.
• Support negotiations and sales transactions, contributing to successful outcomes for clients.
• Work closely with the lead agent to execute premium marketing and sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity and market intelligence.
• Represent the agency with professionalism, confidence and credibility at all times.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A genuine passion for property and a strong desire to build a long-term career in real estate.
• Certificate IV in Property Services (or currently completing).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with a broad range of clients.
• A polished, professional and corporate presentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
