Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their experience, including product inquiries and service needs
• Process transactions accurately using RealGreen
• Support retail lending activities by helping customers understand loan options, loan processing steps, and loan collections when necessary
• Handle data entry tasks related to customer accounts, sales records, and financial software updates with precision
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting products and services
• Assist with operations such as inventory management, and basic math calculations for pricing and sales totals

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred; familiarity with retail store environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and performing retail math calculations accurately
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus, especially if it involves customer interactions or loan processing
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial software will help streamline daily tasks
• Strong customer service skills are vital for creating positive shopping experiences and building lasting relationships
• Prior experience with cash handling, cashiering, or retail lending will give you an advantage in managing responsibilities effectively
