Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our home improvement company. In this role, you will be actively involved in the sales process, engaging with clients during inspections, and supporting project estimations. Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections at customer locations to assess project needs and provide professional guidance.
• Climb roofs and navigate various job sites safely to evaluate project scope and gather necessary information.
• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for customers based on inspection findings, ensuring clear communication of project details.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and promote our home improvement solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication with the office team regarding project updates, customer feedback, and scheduling.
• Assist in developing sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
• Support the overall customer experience by providing professional advice and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or home improvement industries is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to climb roofs and work safely at heights; comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to write detailed estimates promptly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for site visits.
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety standards are essential for success in this role.
