Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers

-Photograph and update online store, as well as assist with the creation of social media posts

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise products
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed sales goals for online ecommerce

• Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory in store and online
• Excellent selling skills to engage customers and drive sales
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and calculations

• Ability to conduct product demos to highlight key features and benefits
• Upselling abilities to increase average transaction value
• Previous experience in sales is a plus
