Sales Associate

About the role

We are currently looking for a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales in-charge to manage day-to-day sales, support the sales team, and handle client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them choose the right products
• Handle inquiries, orders, and customer concerns
• Promote and sell the company's products
• Prepare quotations and sales orders
• Follow up with customers and potential buyers
• Monitor daily sales and meet sales targets
• Keep track of customers and sales records
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Prepare simple sales reports to track sales, targets, and product movement

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 1 year of work-related experience
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer skills
• Experience in sales target management and team supervision
• Knowledge of basic office software and sales tracking tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet target quotas
