Eligibility
- Graduate or Post-Graduate – Any discipline
- 0.6 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Financial Products, Telesales, or related fields
- Candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Experience in insurance sales, telesales, direct sales, or financial product sales will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and sell insurance solutions to customers
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales
