About The Right Advisory LLC FZ

The Right Advisory LLC FZ is an immigration consultancy based in Dubai, providing professional immigration and relocation services to clients exploring international opportunities.

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be fluent in Malayalam or Tamil. Candidates with previous experience in Immigration Consultancy, Share Market / Financial Services, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or other consultative sales industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs and services.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
• Handle client objections and explain services, procedures, and fees clearly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the processing team after successful conversion.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil – Mandatory.
• Previous sales experience in any of the following industries is preferred:
• Immigration Consultancy
• Real Estate
• Share Market / Financial Services
• Insurance
• Banking
• Education Consultancy
• Other consultative sales roles
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and perform in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• UAE sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
