Duties

• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash payments, making change, and managing the cash drawer.
• Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, customer information, and loan processing using financial software.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash management and cashiering duties.
• Support loan collections efforts by communicating with customers regarding overdue payments and processing loan-related inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of sales, cash transactions, and customer interactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with retail store operations is a plus.
• Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and financial data entry.
• Experience with banking or financial services is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for processing transactions quickly.
• Comfortable working with financial software systems for loan processing and cash management tasks.
• Proven ability to handle cash drawer responsibilities accurately and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
