Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and managing cash management procedures
• Perform retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, returns, and other transactions to ensure accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail products, financial services, and store promotions to effectively inform customers
• Support retail store operations by entering data into point-of-sale systems and updating customer records with precision
• Assist in loan processing and collections activities when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Handle customer inquiries related to retail lending options, banking services, or financial products with clarity and transparency

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or a retail store environment is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and data entry tasks
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to perform cash drawer handling, processing cash transactions, and managing cash efficiently
• Experience in banking or financial services can be advantageous but is not mandatory
• Excellent attention to detail for loan processing, collections, and accurate record keeping
