What they need
Serve as an initial customer contact for SSVC. Understand customer needs promptly, provide accurate standard information, and guide customers toward the appropriate next step: product quotation and purchase, project sales follow-up, or technical after-sales support. Be accountable for response quality, customer records, follow-up execution, quotation and order accuracy, and complete handovers for assigned customers.
