Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or financial services that suit their needs
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management systems
• Handle cash drawer operations, including balancing and reconciling at shift end
• Conduct retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and pricing adjustments
• Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options and processing loan applications or collections as needed
• Maintain detailed records of sales, data entry, and customer interactions using financial software and POS systems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency
• Familiarity with financial services such as banking or retail lending is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for processing transactions and maintaining records
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to handle cash drawer operations, cash management, and cashiering responsibilities efficiently
• Knowledge of retail software systems and basic financial software tools is desirable
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
