Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and solutions
• Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, ensuring proper merchandising and organization on the sales floor
• Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts while maintaining cash register integrity
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via in-person or phone interactions
• Maintain organized stock displays, restock shelves as needed, and ensure merchandise is attractively presented
• Manage time effectively to balance customer engagement with operational tasks such as cashiering and inventory checks

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos and technical explanations is a plus
• Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers and team members
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and time efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques enhances success in this role

Pay: $17.60-$28.18 per hour
