Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Demonstrate products confidently, highlighting features and benefits to encourage informed purchasing decisions
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to enhance their experience and increase sales
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising best practices and organized stock management
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
• Conduct product demos for new or complex items, explaining technical features clearly and effectively
• Support store operations by managing cashiering duties, POS system usage, and inventory organization
• Communicate with team members effectively using phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth store flow

Skills

• Multilingual abilities with proficiency in English; bilingual skills are highly desirable for diverse customer interactions
• Experience in technology or retail sales, with a strong understanding of product features and technical specifications
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on technical details
• Prior experience in technical sales or merchandising preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal expression, and professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, displays, and time efficiently during busy hours
• Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling procedures
• Basic math skills necessary for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
