Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise efficiently
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
• Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured items
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Multilingual skills or bilingual ability are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing POS operations
• Excellent organizational skills to keep displays tidy and stock levels updated
• Customer service experience with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
