Cosmo Car Wash is looking for motivated Sales Associates whose primary responsibility is to introduce customers to our Unlimited Wash Membership Program and help them choose the best membership for their needs.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Cosmo Car Wash and play a vital role in driving the growth of our Unlimited Membership Program.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Educate customers on the benefits and value of the Cosmo Unlimited Wash Club.
• Convert retail customers into Unlimited Memberships.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals.
• Build relationships with guests through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of all wash packages, promotions, and membership options.
• Assist customers with questions regarding memberships, billing, and account management.
• Work closely with Site Management to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
• Represent Cosmo Car Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
