Sales Associate

At People Over Profit, we are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Associates to join our team in Austin, TX.

This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building genuine relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers and create a welcoming experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services
• Build genuine, long-term customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Represent the People Over Profit brand professionally
• Collaborate with a positive, team-oriented group

What We’re Looking For:

• Great communication and people skills
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Must be 18 years or older
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable talking with new people
• Previous sales or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $900–$1,100 per week
