We are a growing pet shop in Dubai specializing in puppy sales, pet care, accessories and grooming. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Associate to join our team.

*Job Description:*

We need a versatile, animal-loving person who is not just looking for a desk job. You will be involved in sales, customer care, pet handling and daily shop operations.

*Requirements:*

• Must have *UAE Driver's License* (Mandatory)

• Proven *Sales Background* - experience in pet shop / retail sales preferred

• *Knowledge in Animal Care / Pet Shop Operations* - handling, feeding, basic health

• *Genuine Love for Animals* - This is a must!

• *Flexible with Working Hours* - including weekends & holidays

• *Versatile & Active* - willing to help with deliveries, cleaning, pet care, shop display - not just sitting at counter

• Good communication skills in English

• Presentable, honest, and customer-friendly attitude

• Can join immediately

*Responsibilities:*

• Handle customer inquiries, puppy sales and after-sales support

• Advise customers on pet care, food, and accessories

• Maintain cleanliness and health of pets and shop

• Drive for deliveries, vet visits, and customer visits

• Achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relations

• Assist in social media videos / photos of pets
