Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the overall dealership operations. Your primary focus will be engaging with customers, assisting with test drives, and promoting our vehicles through social media and other channels. Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and providing relevant vehicle information.
• Assist customers with test drives of demo cars, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Promote and post vehicles on social media platforms to increase visibility and attract potential buyers.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries about vehicles and services.
• Respond to internet leads efficiently, following up with potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Support the dealership in maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
• Passion for automobiles or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
