Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
• Promote retail sales by explaining product features, benefits, and available financial options such as retail lending or loan processing.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash drawer management, cash handling, and processing cash payments using retail math principles.
• Conduct data entry for customer information, sales records, and financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Support loan collections and processing activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stock shelves as needed, and ensure all point-of-sale equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements

• Previous retail store experience or familiarity with retail sales environments preferred.
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency.
• Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services concepts such as retail lending or loan collections is advantageous.
• Comfortable performing data entry tasks accurately and processing cash transactions confidently.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
