Sales Associate

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Forest Lake office for an enthusiastic Sales Associate. Our agency is fast-growing, and we are seeking a motivated team member committed to building a successful career in real estate.

This full-time position requires someone who can work autonomously, collaborate effectively as part of a team, and show initiative with a high level of attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be:

  - Reliable, punctual, and mature-minded
  - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and focused on working efficiently and effectively
  - Eager to lead by example and support the team in achieving success

Core responsibilities include:

  - Liaising with clients
  - Managing emails, calendars, and diaries
  - Creating open home schedules and attending open homes
  - Providing marketing support
  - Attending inspections (e.g., building and pest, photography)
  - Preparing listing and contract documentation
  - Tracking upcoming sales and settlements
  - Performing general administrative duties

Requirements:

  - Current Certificate of Registration
  - Current driver's license
  - Strong communication and client-relationship skills
  - Ability to work effectively both unsupervised and in a team environment
  - Professional presentation
  - Prior experience is preferred, but not essential
