Sales associate

We are looking for two enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our showroom team. The ideal candidates will welcome customers, showcase our products and services, assist clients in selecting the right solutions, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Showcase and explain our interior and exterior products, materials, and design solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and project updates.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom sales (experience in interiors, furniture, home décor, or building materials is preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and billing/POS software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
