Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our iTech team in Dumaguete. The role involves assisting customers, promoting technology products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
• Promote laptops, computers, gadgets, gaming products, accessories, and other tech products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Explain product features, specifications, and promotions to customers.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling of related products and accessories.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales assistance.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and proper merchandising.
• Assist with stock monitoring and inventory activities.
• Support daily store operations and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or college level; college graduate is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Interest or basic knowledge of computers, gadgets, gaming, and technology is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Friendly, energetic, and confident when dealing with customers.
• Willing to learn product specifications and sales techniques.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in Dumaguete City.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
