Sales Associate

Overview
Bluemoon Smoke Shop is looking for a motivated and customer focused Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent shopping experience, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring the store is well stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
• Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining store displays
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Meet or exceed sales goals and store performance targets
• Work with team members to create a positive shopping experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers clearly and confidently
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual and a team player
• Flexible schedule- available for weekends, evenings, or holidays as required
