Automotive Sales Consultant – Lexus of Bedford

Lexus of Bedford is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.

We are a family-owned Lexus dealership with an outstanding reputation for taking care of both our customers and our employees. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to help us deliver the exceptional experience Lexus customers expect.Whether you have automotive sales experience or come from another customer-focused sales environment, we’re looking for someone who is professional, driven, personable, and ready to build a successful career.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing and leasing process
• Build relationships with new and existing Lexus customers
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities
• Learn the Lexus product lineup, technology, features, and available programs
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up consistently with customers and maintain a strong pipeline
• Work closely with sales management and other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain relationships after the sale to generate repeat and referral business
• Represent the Lexus brand and Lexus of Bedford at the highest level

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable following up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Ability to provide a premium, low-pressure customer experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Automotive or luxury sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
