Johnston & Murphy is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for style and fashion, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, elevated shopping experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine relationships with customers
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, fit, and wardrobe recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Develop repeat business through clienteling, follow-up, and personalized outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Replenish merchandise and assist with shipment, stock, and inventory tasks
• Support visual merchandising and maintain Johnston & Murphy brand standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive store environment
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and company initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, sales, or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Passion for fashion, footwear, and helping customers find the right products
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
