Sales Associate

The Hair Therapist is responsible for providing professional hair care and treatment services to clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and maintaining high service standards

Financial

• Performs services to achieve individual and overall sales target
• Consistently comply with the standards to minimize expenses such as utilities, supplies and the like.
• Monitors supplies to ensure that usage is within budget compliance.

Customer

• Provides services in accordance with the customer service standards.
• Carries out tasks in accordance with the brand image such as minor hair styling and blow drying.

Internal Process

• Complies with the standard waiting and service time duration.
• Assist in monitoring of stock inventory and records the proper usage of hair clinic products
• Assists in preparing reports on the usage of hair clinic products.

Learning and Growth

• Complies with the given schedule.
• Attends and participates actively in training and workshops.
• Ensures that the facilities are well maintained (Hair clinic appearance and cleanliness).
• Monitors supplies including but not limited to towel, etc.

Qualifications:

• Vocational Course
• At least 1 year experience in the same capacity is an advantage.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in using a hair blow dryer.
