Job Description – Sales Associate
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Retail Counter Sales - Good to Have Exp. in Watches/Jewellery/Optical
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
• Support billing, inventory management, and store operations.
• Ensure proper display and upkeep of products within the store.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a sales mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Candidate Profile
