Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including processing cash, credit, and debit payments accurately
• Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options and assisting with loan processing and collections when necessary
• Maintain accurate data entry for customer accounts, transactions, and sales records using financial software systems
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and guiding customers through product or service selections

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a strong plus
• Experience working in a retail store setting with cash handling responsibilities is advantageous
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately and managing cash drawers effectively
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial software enhances your ability to perform job duties efficiently
• Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude are key to delivering outstanding customer service
• Knowledge of retail lending processes, loan collections, and cash management practices will set you apart
