Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping and financial service needs
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and managing the cash drawer
• Support retail sales by promoting products and services that match customer interests
• Handle retail math tasks such as calculating totals, discounts, and payments efficiently
• Assist with loan processing and collections, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts
• Enter data accurately into financial software systems and maintain detailed transaction records
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements

• Previous retail store experience or familiarity with retail sales environments preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and financial transactions
• Experience with data entry and using financial or retail software systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to handle cash drawer operations confidently and accurately
• Knowledge of retail lending processes and loan collections is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for processing cash transactions and maintaining records

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
