Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash drawer handling and cash management.
• Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections as needed.
• Conduct data entry for customer accounts, sales records, and financial transactions using retail software systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle retail math calculations confidently for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially within retail stores or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with banking or retail lending processes is a plus.
• Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and data entry tasks.
• Experience with cash drawer handling, cashiering, or processing cash transactions is highly desirable.
• Comfort with using financial software and performing 10-key typing tasks efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of loan collections and processing procedures will be advantageous but is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
