What they need
Responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. This role combines account management with sales responsibilities, focusing on retaining existing clients, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring smooth renewal of services.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations (preferably in telecommunications or ISP industry).
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in MS Office
