SALES ASSOCIATE

Duval Ford is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from understanding their needs to demonstrating vehicle features, providing quotes, and closing sales.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to confidently sell vehicles and dealership products
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Meet and maintain sales goals aligned with dealership standards
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs

• Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features, capabilities, and technology

• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features

• Provide accurate pricing quotes and explain purchase options

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads

• Maintain professional appearance and deliver a high level of customer service

• Previous automotive or retail sales experience, preferred

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, preferred
