About the Role

Budville Cannabis is looking for a energetic, knowledgeable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate (Budtender) to join our team. You’ll help customers find the right products, provide excellent service, and support daily store operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, accessories, and responsible use.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product displays, receive inventory, and store cleanliness.
• Support promotions, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Follow all company policies and applicable cannabis regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctuality, and team-oriented.
• Strong interest in cannabis and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Valid provincial cannabis certification, where required. Must meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
