Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming dealership experience.
• Assist customers in selecting used vehicles that fit their needs and financial situation.
• Explain vehicle features,mileage,condition,pricing, and available options.
• Maintain accurate data entry for customer transactions and sales records using financial software and retail systems.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing to maximize customer engagement.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, especially related to retail lending or loan collections
• Experience with retail store operations such as sales, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
• Strong and effective communication skills to assist customers clearly and professionally
• Fluent in Spanish and English
